This brief introduction to GSRD will help you elevate your company’s diversity and inclusion. GSRD is an emerging acronym which acknowledges Gender, Sexuality, and Relationship Diversity. Recent legislative decisions have determined that certain businesses need not be inclusive (303 Creative v. Elenis), but if you want to promote your business as non-discriminatory, inclusive, and/or affirming, come learn what a GSRD Inclusive workplace looks like! Our guest speaker, Misha McShane, is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist in private practice. Misha serves Colorado clients who identify (or are curious) LGBTIAQ+, Kink, BDSM, and/or non-monogamy lifestyles. She is also co-founder of Contemporary Tantra LLC which gives singles, couples, and multiples a modern look at the ancient practice of body focus and connectedness.

We care deeply about people's livelihoods and their families. We want to support each other's businesses, but we never want to "out" anyone or do anything else that would have negative impacts on any of our businesses. "Outing" is the nonconsensual disclosure of a person’s involvement in kink, ethical non-monogamy, or other alt-sex behaviors. Referrals and business are shared, but information about a person's involvement in any alternative lifestyles is not shared without explicit consent. Outing people will result in an immediate ban and reporting the ban to other lifestyle admins/group owners.
